Mumbai: The latest episode of Deepa Shahi and Rajan Shahi’s Anupamaa brings relief, rivalry and rising family tensions as Anupama secures her place in the next stage of the cooking competition, while Prem’s leadership style begins to create differences within his own team.
The episode opens with Gujarat Raja Chatwale emerging victorious in the family round. Prem’s team also qualifies, and the host announces that the next face-off will be between Royal Dining and Love You Zindagi Café. Hearing the announcement, Anupama is reminded of her past struggles and silently prays that nothing comes in the way of her dream of owning a house.
A moment of confusion follows when the host mistakenly declares Royal Dining as the winner. Anupama and her teammates are left heartbroken, believing their journey has come to an end. However, the host quickly corrects himself and announces that Love You Zindagi Café has actually qualified for the next round, while Royal Dining has been eliminated. The unexpected twist fills Anupama’s team with relief and joy.
Watching the result, Khyati tells Prem that Anupama is not someone who gives up easily. Rahi admits she always believed Anupama would make it through. Vasundhara also comments that it is better this way because Prem now has a worthy rival in the competition. Leela reminds her that Anupama is still in the race, and Vasundhara says she was well aware of that fact.
The judges then share detailed feedback with the contestants. Manpreet advises Anupama to stop relying solely on emotions and urges her to think beyond the role of a homemaker if she wants to become an internationally recognised chef. Anupama respectfully accepts the criticism and promises to improve. Roy and Sikander also offer their observations, while Manpreet openly praises Prem’s cooking skills. Mahi notices the appreciation and points out that Manpreet appears to favour Prem.
The host explains that every judge evaluates food differently—one values presentation, another prioritises flavour, while the third looks for honesty and authenticity in the cooking. Anupama carefully listens to every suggestion and later discusses the judges’ perspectives with Digvijay so they can prepare better for the upcoming rounds.
Outside the competition arena, Anupama is delighted to meet Hasmuk and Leela. They bless her and congratulate her for reaching the next stage. Leela admits that watching the contest was an emotional rollercoaster, while Anupama confesses she was nervous throughout the challenge. Hasmuk expresses pride in her determination.
Paritosh and Pakhi also claim they were cheering for Anupama during the competition. Unimpressed, Anupama jokingly tells them to stop pretending now that the cameras are no longer recording. Pakhi then questions why Ishani was not included in the previous round. Digvijay explains that several rounds are still left and everyone will get opportunities.
Anupama later meets the members of the eliminated Royal Dining team and motivates them not to lose heart. In return, they wish her and her teammates success in the remainder of the competition.
Meanwhile, Vasundhara congratulates Anupama on qualifying, while Leela and Hasmuk wish Prem’s team well too. Digvijay compliments Prem on his presentation skills, but Prem brushes aside the praise and tells him to focus on strengthening Anupama’s team instead. The exchange once again highlights the growing rivalry between Prem and Anupama.
Back at the Shah house, Anupama prepares food for the family. However, peace doesn’t last long. Pakhi questions Anupama’s decision to include Prerna, accusing her of secretly supporting Prem’s side. Mahi also complains that Anupama overlooked her while selecting the team. Leela asks Anupama to trust her own family, prompting Prerna to ask whether she is not considered part of the family as well. Ishani quietly wonders why Pakhi continues to create unnecessary conflict.
At the same time, tensions rise within Prem’s team too. Prem blames Rahi and Shruti for letting him down during the competition. Pari comes to Rahi’s defence and reminds Prem that Anupama remained calm under pressure instead of shouting at her teammates. Irritated by the comparison, Prem snaps at Pari and reminds her that she is only on the team because they were short of members. His harsh remark leaves Pari deeply hurt.
Unable to tolerate the constant arguments at home, Anupama asks everyone to stop fighting and allow her to concentrate on both the competition and the responsibilities awaiting her. She also advises Mahi not to fall back into old patterns of negativity. Anupama reminds the Shahs that they are one team and assures everyone they will get equal opportunities as the competition progresses. She urges the family to maintain harmony until the contest is over.

Meanwhile, Paritosh argues that since Kinjal is part of Anupama’s team, she deserves a share of the prize money. Leela, however, leaves Anupama stunned by asking her to give up her dream of owning a house.
